Crown Wooden Floors Schedule of Works. |
 |
After initial contact is made with the client a suitable date for consultation is arranged. The consultation normally takes place in the customers’ own home or area where flooring is to be installed. During the initial contact we are able to establish the floor type that the customer requires, whether it be Laminate, Engineered or Solid we have a large range of samples at our disposal. We offer a totally unbiased service explaining the various advantages and disadvantages of the floor types. It may be that a wood floor would not be suitable for the area concerned and we would advise accordingly. A detailed floor plan is taken with measurements and when a choice of covering has been made we are then able to offer a written quotation with a breakdown of all charges including Floor Type, Accessories, Labour cost and finally a total price including V.A.T.
If our quotation is accepted an invoice for deposit with a letter detailing the schedule of works is despatched .We normally require the area to be cleared of all furniture prior to installation but we recognise that this may not be possible is some instances. Our engineers generally are able to allow for this during installation.
Upon completion of all works we then issue a final invoice with a care letter explaining the correct method for maintaining the product and supply furniture protection to all items that come into contact with the floor. |
